The Policy & The Process
Messages may be composed within the Wyrdcrier Envoy via transciber (if client is unable to write), or prior to arrival. All parchments are sealed, though the method of doing so is determined by the client (runes, magic, wax, twine).
The method of delivery is likewise optional for all Wyrdcrier Envoy clients. The greater the requirement of protection or speed, the greater the cost for delivery. The messenger will remain in the company of the recipient until dismissed with a response for the client or dismissed without intention of a response.
